Great news! I was
recently cast in one of the lead roles in a Swedish feature called
HULDRA,
written and directed
by
René U Valdes. This is a
Greenworks production. The film will be shot in Sweden early
2010. I am really, really excited about this project (Dec 26, 2009)

getting my fabulous photos from the NATIONWIDE INSURANCE COMPANY
print job I did recently, I thought it appropriate to add a section

Just got the final box
art for the PERSON OF INTERESTDVD, which goes on sale February
2010. Pretty cool! I am very happy with how it came out (Dec 17,

Wanted to share a
couple of shots from the big print job I did for Nationwide
Insurance Company in August. We shot at their headquarters in Ohio,
it was so much fun and I am really happy with how these came out.

We recently won an Accolade Award of Merit for original screenplay.
Also, the film has been accepted into the Asheville Film
Festival. It will screen Friday, November 13th

and the cast of HOTEL CHELSEA, at Hotel Chelsea, and had a private
screening of the film HOTEL CHELSEA. It came out great and I am very
pleased with my scenes. It has been submitted to some big festivals.

There is an
amazing book called
THE MAGIC GARMENT written by Rebecca Cunningham, which
just went into its second edition. Well, I was fortunate enough to
be asked to model for the new edition which has a new section on
costuming for film. Taken in Union Square last fall, and supposed to
represent fun people in NYC and what they wear.

have been working with an amazing writer on some of her material.
Eileen Deutsch is her name and the play is called CONNEXIONS. I just
did a massive scene, a monologue, at
Turtle Shell Productionswhich went really well.

the One Act Festival that the resident company of
Turtle Shell
Producitons, Terrapin Troupe, is doing. Working on a play called
'As Long as we Keep Talking'. Working with director David Wells of

Just had the best time
ever working with Director Will Graham and the
Onion News Network.
Shot a webisode for them a few days ago. Love their style. Played a
very concerned mother who is afraid that her daughter is going to
hurt herself playing with her Bratz dolls. Very funny material. I
will let everyone know once that is uploaded on their website. (May

working with Retro
Productions after being called in to audition for Sally Nemeth's
play 'Mill Fire'. The show went up at the Spoon Theater here in NYC.

Emmy Award winning director Christopher Ward screened a few times in
Connecticut recently. Got some wonderful feedback about my acting.
Noteworthy was the comment "Elise is a wonderful actress", by Lori
Kelly-Bailey of Michael Patrick Entertainment. (April 2008)
I just did the 8
Minute Madness Festival with Turtle Shell Producitons. The play I
was in, "Low and Away", made it to the finals which was nice. Great
co actor by the way, Bristol Pomeroy. (Feb-March 2008)
Auditioned for and got
a short film called 'A Quiet Place' which shoots in early September.
Will finally be working with director April Patrick, which I am
looking forward to. This short will be shipped off to the West Coast
to a bunch of different agents, agencies and a studio as
well...hhrrmmm.....(September 2007)
Lucky me, I just shot another feature with Emmy Award winning
director Christopher Ward. The film is called 'Fog Warning' and I
played the female lead, Anna. It is a thriller/horror flick. I get
kidnapped by some men who believe me to be something other than
human. Spent most of July in a black slip in a cage in Stamford CT.
Great fun. Amazing cast and crew on this one. (July 2007)
In April I worked with
som very talented and funny NYU guys who have their own production
company. Shot a sitcom pilot with them called 'Junior Varsity'....very
funny stuff!! Hoping to get some footage soon to add to my ever

On the most humid evening of the year, I shot an
improvised scene for a new independent feature with Back East
Productions. Still untitled at this time. I played an art teacher.
'Love, Punky' was invited to the Midtown
International Theater Festival. Went very well. I got a nice review
on NYTheater.com. You can find it in the Reviews section.
I just had a great experience with Ghostlight Inc.
Did a scene for a sitcom pilot called 'Here on Earth' in which I
play an expert on the Theory of Evolution. Only thing is, she is so
infatuated with herself that she compares everything and everyone to
her own physical excellence. Good times!
Happy to report that I was able to do some work in
Swedish! Just performed a Swedish play called 'Alva & Gunnar' by
Hans Hederberg at Columbia University. It is a play based on
letters, in the 40's, between Mr and Mrs Myrdal, a couple of very
high profile Swedish writers.
I am about to shoot another film. An independent
feature comprised of 5 short stories. My story is called DICK JONES
AND THE BAKER'S DOZEN and is a black and white Film Noir piece.

PERSON OF INTEREST is a fabulous suspense thriller
that just wrapped in which I have the lead role. Sheriff Nickie
Welles who lives in a small town in Connecticut, trying to solve
some missing persons cases. I worked with Emmy Award winning
director Christopher Ward. Our DP, Alan Smith, just came from a film
in Chicago with John Malkovich and John Goodman. Good stuff.
The independent feature film I shot this past
winter is about to hit the festival circuit. Keep an eye out for the
comedy "BEAR WOMEN". I play Mary Ellen, neurotic, Southern realtor
extraordinaire. This is the a film based on true events dealing with
a bear hunt i NJ. These bear women, however, go further to try to
stop the hunt. Dressed in fatigues running around the woods,
kidnapping hunters.....
